Joe Hachem Fan

Joe Hachem is one of the most exceptional players out there. With so many impressive wins under his belt, it's hard to see how Hachem couldn't have made it to the top. He has managed to battle mounds of players and rake in the wins in order to create a great poker career that he and his family could be proud of. Just as most players in his position, he has been through many challenges that fortunately would not faze him nor stop him from getting the poker career that he had always dreamed of making a reality.

Joe Hachem grew up in Melbourne, Australia where he spent most of his life, yet he was born in Lebanon, on the day of March 11, 1966. While in school, Joe met the girl who would become his wife and the mother of his children later on down the line. He began playing poker as a man in his late teens and from there, his playing skills began to expand into something much bigger than he could have even imagined. After he took interest in the game, he began playing poker at the casinos in Melbourne and trying to freshen up his skills so that he could be a much better player than he was. Later, in life - he became a chiropractor, but had to quit his profession due to a blood disorder that he went through and had to endure.

After that he decided to go into mortgage brokering and poker to help supplement his income. But by then, something had clicked and he decided to put his full attention toward getting his poker career off the ground by going to and participating in live tournaments in Australia which would serve as a great starting point toward his promising career in poker. Even though Hachem's journey had been a long and hard one, he has still managed to gain nearly instant poker star status and gain much recognition in 2005 when he took home the WSP prize of over a whopping seven million dollars.

This single event helped him to move forward as a great professional player that should be taken seriously. Soon, he would soon go on to win over more tournaments that paid off nicely and cemented his status as a top dog in the world of poker that would have been hard to get into once he got a taste of all of the poker battles won and conquered. He also made it to the final table in 2006 in the WSOP, which was another great staple in history for him. Since starting on his poker journey, he has won one WSP bracelet. Since he has became a poker professional, Hachem's financial portfolio has literally sky-rocketed. Although Hachem is one of the biggest poker stars around, he still makes certain to make time within his busy life and schedule to spend time with his family and enjoying life as much as he possibly can. Joe currently has a wife, Jeanie, and four children.
